GRID / INSPECT

The key details of the subscription service

When choosing a network acceleration service, start with how you plan to use it, then review the billing terms. YGVPN explains routes, privacy, devices and refunds separately instead of bundling them into a vague speed promise. Select a route table to see its details. Access to streaming services and AI tools still depends on the requirements of each platform.

Route types and real-world performance are separate considerations

Speed depends on your local network, time of day, route and destination service—not just the region name. YGVPN labels IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections so you can compare options for the same use case. During peak hours, keep the destination site and local network unchanged while trying another route, then compare loading, uploads and uninterrupted playback. Save routes that work well on your current network and keep alternatives in other regions. That is more useful than relying on a single speed test.

No logs

No logs—understanding the privacy boundaries

YGVPN keeps no logs. Privacy practices and account security are separate matters: keep your password and subscription link safe, and don’t publicly share screenshots that contain account details. No email address is required to create an account; just choose a username and password. Keep your login details somewhere safe. Destination websites still handle your activity under their own account and privacy rules, and a network acceleration service does not replace a website’s access controls. Read the privacy policy for details about how information is handled.

Unlimited

Unlimited devices, configure by platform

Set up your work computer and mobile devices separately, with no limit on the number of devices connected at once. YGVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Get clients from the user panel. When using multiple devices, distinguish device limits from plan data: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Check the connection on each device, make sure other network tools on that device aren’t also routing traffic, and choose a monthly plan or data pack based on your actual usage.

Access to AI tools

Access to AI tools: check regional requirements first

When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, distinguish web access from account availability and feature access. The route’s exit region can affect how access is assessed, but the platform’s account rules, regional policies and security checks also play a role. YGVPN provides cross-border access routes; it cannot determine whether your account meets a platform’s requirements. When troubleshooting, first check that your exit region matches the intended location, then see whether sign-in and requests work. For everyday use, keeping the same exit region can help avoid confusing results.

Streaming access

Streaming access—check each platform

Streaming platforms determine their catalogs and playback access based on region, account and content licensing. A working connection does not guarantee that every title or resolution will be available. Before watching, check which regions your account can use, choose the relevant exit region and test the title you want to play. If you see an error, note the platform’s message and distinguish sign-in issues from regional restrictions or buffering. YGVPN’s route list lets you choose by region and type; platform availability can change, so check playback at the time you use it.

Refund policy and checking your experience

YGVPN offers 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds. Before choosing a plan, check platform compatibility, target regions and data rules. After connecting, test it with your own work or streaming needs instead of treating someone else’s speed test as a guarantee. If the service doesn’t meet your needs, submit a refund request through the support ticket section of the user panel and keep your order details handy. The terms of service cover refunds; plan prices, payment methods and data periods are listed on the plans page. Review each separately when comparing options.

GRID / ROUTES

Browse routes by region, then check them for your use

Coverage is a starting point for choosing a route, not a performance ranking. The examples below show common regions, cities, route types and how to check streaming access. IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections describe how routes are organized; they don’t guarantee that a route will be faster on every network. Check the user panel’s route list for current availability.

Check the destination region first, then compare routes

If a website specifies a required service region, start by meeting that requirement, then compare routes within that region. For everyday browsing, you can begin with a commonly used region. Geographic distance is only a rough guide; routing between your local provider and the exit point can also affect performance. When switching routes, keep other conditions the same so you can identify what changed.

Describe issues in a way that makes them easy to investigate

A page that won’t load, a failed request after signing in, and a video that buffers after playback starts are different issues. Note the destination service, selected region, device platform and time of day, then try another route. Avoid changing the client mode, network environment and exit region all at once; even if the issue clears, you won’t know which change helped. Keep the same notes when submitting a support ticket.

Route status reference

The status below comes from the route component and is provided as a guide when choosing a route. Your experience depends on your current network and the destination service; this is not a speed guarantee.

GRID / CLIENT

Clients and subscription access

Get clients and subscription details from the user panel. Sign in to access your subscription. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. After signing in, you can get clients for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux. The iOS client requires an active plan; check its availability in the panel. Installation files and subscription links aren’t provided on marketing pages.

Once installed, verify your connection

Get the client for your platform from the panel, then follow the guide to import your subscription. Once the route list appears, choose a route for your target region and connect, then visit the service you want to use. A “connected” status only confirms that the connection step is complete. Also check that your browser is using the expected route and that the destination website responds normally. If something goes wrong, check your subscription status before reinstalling.

Keep your subscription link as securely as your account details

A subscription link provides route configuration to your client, so keep it as safe as a password. When troubleshooting, you can share the error message, but don’t post your full link or account page publicly. To set up another device, get the required configuration from the user panel rather than using files forwarded from unknown sources. On public networks, pay attention to system permission prompts and which network configuration is active.

GRID / TARIFF

Monthly plans and data packs

For regular monthly use, compare the data allowances in monthly plans. If your usage is irregular, compare data packs that last until used up. Choose a billing option that fits your usage pattern—not your device count, since concurrent devices are unlimited. All prices are listed on the plans page. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds are available.

Monthly plans

60GB monthly plan

¥9.9 / month

A good fit for browsing, research and light use of online tools. Track your actual data use before deciding whether you need a larger allowance.

250GB monthly plan

¥18 / month

For a mix of work and streaming. This is the plan shown in the client example above; it may not suit everyone’s usage.

  • Monthly data: 250GB

Monthly plans

500GB monthly plan

¥28 / month

For frequent file transfers and streaming. Check your data usage in the panel to decide whether this plan is right for you; device count alone isn’t a reason to upgrade.

Data packs: use until they’re gone; they never expire

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

If you only need the service occasionally or your monthly usage varies, compare data packs. “Never expires” applies to data pack rules, not monthly plans. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date; data packs last until used up. Decide whether a fixed billing period or usage-based allowance better fits your needs. Check the user panel for plan details and order status.

Your usage matters more than the plan name

HD video, large file transfers and using multiple devices at once all affect data consumption. Don’t estimate usage based only on an app’s name, or treat browsing and long video sessions as the same kind of activity. After using the service normally, check the panel’s records and consider everyday work separately from occasional data-heavy tasks. Choosing an allowance this way makes it easier to find a plan that fits how you actually use the service.

Check upgrade terms and reset dates separately

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the relevant order and plan status in the panel before proceeding. If you’re unsure how data is allocated or how an upgrade affects your plan, keep your order details and ask support rather than adding together allowances and periods from different orders.

GRID / NOTES

Connection guides and usage notes

Plans cover data allowances, guides explain setup, and usage articles help you interpret results. Start with the issue you’re dealing with: follow setup steps for a first installation, check testing methods when speeds fluctuate, or read the security guide to learn how to protect account details. Articles focus on observations you can verify, not on treating a single test as representative of every network.

Use the same details to choose a plan and troubleshoot

The regions, devices, data and refund terms you consider when choosing a plan are also useful when troubleshooting later. If a connection isn’t working well, check your local network and destination platform before comparing routes. If the data allowance doesn’t fit, review the billing period. Using the right support resource for each issue can save unnecessary steps. For detailed guidance on streaming regions, account locations and playback errors, see the streaming guide.
