Start with the part where the issue occurs. Check your account and subscription first, then look at the client, route, and destination service. Expand a question for step-by-step instructions.

ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTION

Account & subscriptions

Create an account, get the client, manage your subscription, and move between devices.

What information do I need to create an account? What if I forget my login details?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password, then store both in a trusted password manager. Don't reuse passwords from other sites or share account details in public forums. If you can't sign in, check your keyboard input, capitalization, and autofill, and make sure you're on the YGVPN user panel. Since accounts aren't tied to an email address, don't assume email recovery is available. If you're still signed in on a device, keep that session active and contact support through the panel's ticket system. Before sharing a screenshot, hide your password and subscription link.

Where can I get the client app? Can I connect as soon as it's downloaded?

YGVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Open the client downloads section in the user panel and choose the version for your operating system. After signing in, you can download the Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients without purchasing a plan. The iOS download link is available only with an active, unexpired plan. Installing the client doesn't mean a route is ready to use: sign in, get your subscription, import it into the client, and check your plan status and remaining data. A successful installation isn't proof of a successful connection. After importing, select a route, turn on the connection, and test the service you want to access.

How do I update my subscription link? When should I import it again?

Sign in to the user panel and check your account and plan status, then find your current subscription link in the subscription section. In your client, open subscription or configuration management, select your existing YGVPN profile, and update it. Once the update finishes, select a route again. A routine route-list refresh usually doesn't require reinstalling the client. If your link has been reset or the client says it's no longer valid, edit the subscription URL, replace it with the current link from the panel, and update again. Treat your subscription link like a password: describe the error when requesting help, but never post the full link publicly.

Do I need a different plan for a new device? Can I use multiple devices at once?

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. You don't need to switch plans just because you change computers or other devices. Install the client for the new device, sign in to the user panel, and import your current subscription. Keep device count separate from plan data: unlimited devices means you can connect as many devices as you need, while monthly plans and data packages still follow their own usage rules. After moving to a new device, check its route, proxy mode, and system permissions rather than assuming the old device's settings carried over. Before giving away an old device, sign out and remove any saved subscription profile so others can't use your account resources.

CONNECTION / DIAGNOSTICS

Connections & troubleshooting

Distinguish between local network, subscription retrieval, app routing, and destination service issues.

The client says I'm connected, but websites won't load. What should I check?

Pause the proxy and check that your local network can access websites normally. If it can't, restore your basic connection first. Then check your plan status and data balance in the user panel. Return to the client, update your subscription, choose a route, and reconnect. The client's connected status only means the connection switch is on; it doesn't confirm that a particular website is reachable. If just one site fails, check for an app, region, or account issue. If most sites fail, check system proxy permissions, DNS settings, and whether another network tool is also controlling the connection. Change one setting at a time to help identify the cause.

My browser works, but why isn't a particular app using the proxy?

Apps handle network connections differently. A browser may follow the system proxy, while some apps use their own connection, built-in DNS, or proxy settings. So a working browser doesn't mean every app is using the same route. Check whether the client is using rule-based routing or another mode, and see if the app or domain is set to connect directly. If the client offers a virtual network adapter or tunnel mode, follow the relevant guide, check the required permissions, and test it. Don't enable multiple network takeover options without understanding what they do. After changing settings, fully close and reopen the app so it doesn't keep using an existing connection. When testing is done, keep only the settings you need.

Subscription import failed or the route list is empty. What should I do?

First, make sure you copied the subscription URL from the user panel—not the panel's web address or configuration shared by someone else. Check for spaces, line breaks, or missing characters, then confirm the client can access the internet to fetch the subscription. Next, check your account, plan status, and data balance, and make sure the client supports the import method provided by the panel. If you've edited the configuration manually, keep a copy of the original and test with a new configuration rather than overwriting it. If the problem persists, note your operating system, client name, import method, and full error message, then submit a support ticket. Hide account credentials in the subscription URL before sharing screenshots.

Still can't connect after troubleshooting? What should I include in a support ticket?

Open a ticket through the user panel and include your platform, client name, selected route, network access method, and the service you were trying to use when the issue occurred. Be specific: say whether you can't update the subscription, connect, load a website, or stream smoothly instead of simply saying it doesn't work. List what you've already tried, such as updating the subscription, switching routes, or checking the system proxy, and include the result of each step. If the issue only happens on a particular network or at certain times, mention that too—it can help narrow things down. Screenshots can include the error message, but hide passwords, full subscription links, sensitive payment details, and other personal information.

ROUTES / PERFORMANCE

Speed & routes

Choose based on how well a route works for your task, not on its name or an assumed speed guarantee.

Streaming buffers or downloads slow down during peak hours. How should I choose a route?

Pause downloads, syncing, and high-resolution video on your other devices first, to make sure they aren't using up your local bandwidth. Then compare routes while using the same service. Peak-hour performance depends on your local network, cross-border paths, and the service you're accessing, so route names alone don't tell you what will work best. Compare the real-world performance of IEPL dedicated routes, relayed routes, and direct routes in similar regions. Note when buffering occurs and keep the option that performs more consistently. For playback issues, also check video quality and device decoding. If only downloads are slow, check whether the file host is throttling them. After switching routes, reconnect the target app so the test uses the new path.

What's the difference between IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes? How do I check coverage?

YGVPN covers 120+ countries with 150+ routes. IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct describe connection paths; they aren't a universal speed ranking for every use case. Dedicated routes use a dedicated path, relayed routes pass through an intermediate access point, and direct routes use a more direct path. Actual performance still depends on your local network and destination. Choose a region that suits the service you want to use, then compare connectivity, playback consistency, and connection stability for the same task. A nearby region isn't always faster, and having more routes doesn't guarantee a platform will always work. The routes page explains the categories; the latest subscription list shows what's currently available.

A streaming platform says my region is wrong or flags a proxy. Will switching routes fix it?

Not necessarily. Streaming platforms may consider your exit region, account region, payment region, device location, and session history, and they may change how they identify network exits. First check whether the content is available in your selected region, then confirm the app is actually using that route. Changing the region name in the client won't switch an existing app connection by itself. Try stopping playback, closing and reopening the app, and checking browser cache or the app session if needed. Don't change your account region or payment details just to troubleshoot; those restrictions are set by the platform. A network subscription is separate from a streaming membership. A route doesn't grant membership benefits or guarantee ongoing access to every title.

Can't access AI tools like ChatGPT? How can I tell whether it's a route or account issue?

Start by noting where the error occurs: a page that won't load, a failed sign-in, a region notice, or a restricted request can point to different causes. Confirm the browser or app is using your selected route, then try other familiar services on the same route to see if the connection problem is widespread. If those services work but the AI tool reports an account or region restriction, read the platform's error details first. Avoid repeatedly switching exit routes and attempting to sign in. Keeping your access environment relatively consistent can reduce session-related variables. YGVPN provides network connectivity; the platform itself controls account eligibility, subscription benefits, and usage rules.

BILLING / REFUNDS

Billing & refunds

Identify the product type first, then check data, order, and refund details.

How much do plans cost, and what payment methods are accepted?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packages have no expiration and remain available until used. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted. Before choosing, distinguish monthly-reset plans from usage-based data packages, then consider your usual streaming, downloads, and device usage. Pay through the user panel. Check the selected plan and order total before following the checkout instructions. If your status doesn't update after payment, keep your order details and check the order record before trying to pay again.

When does monthly plan data reset? How is it different from a data package that never expires?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the day you activated the plan. Don't assume it resets at the start of each calendar month; check the activation and data details shown in the panel. Data packages stay available until used and never expire, making them suitable if you want to use data as needed. The two products follow different rules: a data package's no-expiration policy doesn't mean unused monthly plan data carries over forever. If usage seems higher than expected, check other connected devices, background downloads, cloud syncing, and app updates, then review the panel records. Don't estimate data use based only on device count. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data.

How is the price difference handled if I upgrade a monthly plan partway through?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, check your current plan, target plan, and the order details in the user panel. Continue only if the displayed result matches what you expect; don't assume the difference means a fixed data bonus or an extra full billing period. Monthly plans still reset data each month on the activation date. If the order details don't match your understanding, open a support ticket with your current and target plans before proceeding. After payment, check your plan status in the panel and update your subscription in the client. Data packages follow different rules, so don't assume a monthly-plan upgrade works the same way for them.

How do I request a refund, and what information should I provide?

YGVPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, open a ticket through the user panel, clearly state that you'd like a refund, and include the relevant order details so the payment and plan can be verified. See the Terms of Service for the full refund terms and eligibility. Don't judge eligibility solely by whether the client shows a successful connection. A no-questions-asked refund doesn't require you to complete troubleshooting first, and you don't need to provide your password or full subscription link. If there's also an issue with your payment status, mention it in the same ticket to keep the records together. Track progress through the ticket system; the payment provider's records determine when funds arrive.
