Service Scope

YGVPN provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries / 150+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients, subscription details, and account management are available through the user panel. Do not obtain subscription details from untrusted sources.

A route connection does not grant access rights to third-party websites. Account requirements, content licenses, regional policies, and payment requirements are determined by each platform and should be checked separately. YGVPN does not resell third-party memberships or guarantee continuous access to specific content. See the Privacy Policy for details on privacy practices; this service follows a no-logs policy.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription link secure. Do not post them publicly, forward them, or submit them to untrusted tools. A subscription link is an account access credential. If it is exposed or used unexpectedly, take action through the user panel and submit a support ticket with details.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to devices owned by the account holder or used with their authorization. It does not permit reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, sharing accounts with other users, or setting up a public proxy. Account holders are responsible for managing authorized devices and for actions taken by themselves or those they authorize. Do not access the service using someone else's credentials.

Billing, Data, and Refunds

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packs remain available until used and do not expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Monthly plan resets and data pack validity work differently; choose based on your needs.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Check the plan, amount, and billing method before payment. After payment, you can view your order and benefits in the panel. See Plan Pricing for full prices.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit a request through a user panel support ticket and include the relevant order information for verification and processing. You do not need to provide your account password or complete subscription link. Refund outcomes are based on the ticket response and the records of the payment channel used. These terms impose no additional limits based on the proportion of data used.

Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any regions involved in their use of the service, and independently confirm that accessing a target service is lawful. Do not use the service for illegal activities, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, stealing information, or accessing systems without authorization.

Do not harm network resources or other users' connections through malicious automated requests, spam, or other abusive conduct. Do not disrupt service operations, impersonate others, or evade account access controls. Use of third-party platforms is also subject to their terms of service; network connectivity does not authorize any of the conduct described above.

Availability and Liability

Actual connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, device configuration, route maintenance, and target platform policies. YGVPN does not guarantee uninterrupted service, fixed speeds, or access to every target platform. If a problem occurs, check your local connection and client settings first, then submit the relevant diagnostic details through a support ticket.

Changes to third-party platform content, account actions, and disputes over transactions on those platforms are outside the control of this service. Users should back up important data and avoid relying on a single connection for critical business needs. These statements do not waive any liability YGVPN has under applicable law or affect the refund rights set out in these terms or consumer rights provided by law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If an account is resold or shared without authorization, used unlawfully, involved in a network attack, or otherwise used in material breach of these terms, YGVPN may restrict or terminate account services based on the relevant facts. YGVPN may also take necessary protective measures if credentials are exposed or other risks arise. Users who disagree with an action may explain the situation and request a review through a support ticket.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes affecting subscription benefits will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already established by law. Review updates before continuing to use the service. If you do not accept a change affecting your rights, contact support through a ticket to discuss next steps.
